Sweepstakes must be from the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada. Entries originating from any other country are not eligible for entry. This sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States.

1. Drawing: one winner per month will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted once per month on or about July 31, 2013; August 31, 2013; September 30, 2013.

3. How to enter: Visit www.nteinc.com and fill out the form for the NTE sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person. No automated entry devices and / or programs permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or illegible entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Proof or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by sponsor. You can also submit entry form via fax: 973-748-6224.



4. Start/End Dates: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 am E.T. on Monday, July 15, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 ET on Friday, September 20, 2013.



5. Eligibility: entrant must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, who is eighteen (18) or older as of July 1, 2013. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives and their family/household members (defined as parents, spouse, children, and siblings) are not eligible to enter. Void outside the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada or where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply.



6. Conditions: acceptance of a prize constitutes the winners consent to the use of his/her voice, name, e-mail address, likeness, biographical information and/or photograph by Sponsor for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with this Promotion or promotion of NTE products. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation or conduct of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the entry process or the operation of the web site or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the promotion at any time.



7. Affidavit of Affirmation /Eligibility: The winner(s) will be required to execute an Affidavit of Affirmation/Eligibility within 14 days of prize notification. If winners cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected from all remaining entries.
